CPM management and reporting for marketing campaigns

Business problem

In our client’s company, specialized in performance marketing, CPM campaigns reporting and management was done manually, and data wasn’t present in reports our client needed. This make the CPM reporting hard to track, time-consuming and error-sensitive.

Solution
The app allows to easily create new CPM campaigns each month, provides a  download of all CPM drops scheduled for any particular day, and does triggered an automatic revenue allocation, and has an automatically created top level summary for Account Managers. The app consist of: 

  1. CPM dashboard UI with ability to manage and edit CPM inventory and fulfillment.
  2. Automatic and Triggered revenue reporting (revenue allocation on a publisher and sub publisher level).
  3. Change Log.
Achieved Benefits

The CPM dashboard replaced the operational processes of CPM management with an efficient and reliable system that needs minimum manual management. It also allowed for better revenue publisher reporting on other campaigns’ reports.
